ORI Application Assistance
State and Federal law requires many employers to obtain fingerprints for their employees. Employers need to register with the California Department of Justice (CDOJ). This process can be long and tedious. Absolute Identity Solutions can help make this an easy and pain-free process. Once we’ve completed the application process, the employer and or the requesting agency, will be issued a NORI code. This code is required for fingerprinting and will help expedite the process.

Employers who seek background screening often use this information to help make decisions when hiring potential employees. When a check has been completed, your detailed report is issued to the employer or requesting agency. The employer can use this information to help them make an informed decision to hire. The information may obtain unresolved blemishes known and often unknown from your past. Employers may question you about these issue(s) during the interview process, where you may have to give reasons for the discrepancy. In some cases employers may find you to be a qualified candidate for hire, and may ask you to resolve the issue(s) and re-apply for the position.
